Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SousCircle you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile — that permanently removes your recipes, plans, lists and hub shares.

Your content

Recipes you save stay in your private library and belong to you. When you share a recipe on the Hub you give SousCircle permission to display that shared copy to other users until you unshare it. You keep ownership of everything you share.

You promise that you have the right to share what you share. In particular:

• Only upload photos you took yourself. Never a photo taken from a website or another person.
• Don't paste someone else's copyrighted writing into a recipe and publish it as your own words.
• No spam, no advertising, and nothing offensive or unlawful in shared recipes.

Copyright & repeat infringers

We honour valid takedown notices — see the copyright policy for how to send one. Shared content that is the subject of a valid notice is removed. Accounts whose shares are repeatedly removed lose the ability to share, and may be disabled entirely.

The service

SousCircle is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Meal suggestions, nutrition estimates and store prices are best-effort information, not professional advice — check labels and totals yourself, especially for allergies and dietary needs. To the fullest extent the law allows, SousCircle's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past twelve months.

Changes
